How to Sign-Up and Cancel Registration

Registration Deadlines
Registration closes, for cooking classes, 24 – 48 hours before the class is scheduled. If the minimum number of participants are not met within 48 hours, the class will be canceled. All registered participants of canceled classes will be reimbursed. 

CANCELATIONS

Cancel A Class Reservation
Sign up for a class and then have something else come up? That's ok! Simply Caribbean offers reimbursement for class registration if you contact us at least 7 days prior to the start of your registered class, your payment will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. If you cancel 4 days prior to the start of your registered class, we will issue you a credit towards another class.

If you cancel within 3 days or less of your registered class, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT will be given. NO EXCEPTION!

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place, as we will not have enough time to fill your seat.

If Simply Caribbean cancel a class, you will get a refund within 48 hours after you submit for a refund.

If we reschedule a class and you do not want the rescheduled date, we will refund within 72 hours
after you submit for a refund.

If we change a location and you do not want to attend at the new location, you have an option of attending on another date or you will get a refund within 5 business days after you submit for a refund.

Class Cancelation

Occasionally classes are canceled. There are several reasons that this can happen. To make sure that we can contact you to alert you of changes/updates to classes please provide accurate contact information. Your contact information will never be sold/distributed/used for anything other than Simply Caribbean communication.
