Are you in the mood for a Tropical adventure for Breakfast and Brunch?

How about cooking up some trini fry bake and saltfish

YOU WILL BE  MAKING YOUR OWN FRY BAKE FROM BEGINNING TO END.

You will get a chance to knead your dough and feel the texture of what the dough should feel like to make the best Trini Style Fried Bakes at home.

We will also be making saltfish and all the condiments, plus channa for vegans and vegetarians.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the start of classes, your payment will be refunded within  14 business days. If you cancel within 5 days of your class, we will issue you a credit towards another class. If you cancel within 3 days or less , of a class, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT will be given. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place.. NO EXCEPTIONS
