A Transfer on Death Deed (TODD) is a simple way to protect your assets by designating a beneficiary to inherit your property after your passing without the costly expense of probate; thereby preserving generational wealth. This FREE TODD Clinic is available to ALL residents who need information and assistance with executing a TODD.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO income restriction to attend. TODD filing fees will be paid for those who income qualify. Also please note, that at least one property owner named on the deed must attend Part I in order to reserve a space for Part II.
