A Transfer on Death Deed (TODD) is a simple way to protect your assets by designating a beneficiary to inherit your property after your passing without the costly expense of probate; thereby preserving generational wealth. This FREE TODD Clinic is available to ALL residents who need information and assistance with executing a TODD. 

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO income restriction to attend. TODD filing fees will be paid for those who income qualify.
