Trailblazers: A Leadership Development Summit is a full day leadership experience for high school and college students ready to strengthen how they communicate, make decisions, build confidence, and lead in the moments that matter.
Your day includes:
A dynamic opening featuring TEDx inspired talks from accomplished leaders sharing the experiences, lessons, and defining moments that shaped how they lead today.
Interactive breakout experiences focused on practical leadership skills, including Presence, Voice, Judgment, and Influence, where you will practice navigating real situations, communicating with confidence, and making thoughtful decisions when the answer is not always obvious.
This is not a day about memorizing leadership theories. You will be challenged to think about how you show up, how you respond under pressure, and how your choices influence the people around you.
