Hi Mama!
Join us at McCann Park at 9 AM for a stroller workout with Dr. Michelle from Moms in Motion PT! NEW Savage business North Star Nutrition will also be joining us to provide samples & discount cards on their teas, smoothies, and more!
After gathering and introductions, we’ll start our stroller workout. McCann Park has a playground, so toddlers and older kids who may not want to stay in the stroller can play near the workout area or we can engage and encourage them to join us in our workout - we'll figure it out together! :)

Don't forget:
- Your stroller! Any size/style will work for this workout!
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and other sun protection
- Water/snacks/drinks
