Hey everyone,

We will meet at Parrish Community Park for Pilates in the Park with Align by Flavia.
Babies who aren't crawling at encouraged to lay on a blanket next to you or a bassinet. Babies that are walking are encouraged to be in their strollers or workout with you.
The first 5 moms to register will attend will receive a complimentary Pilates session either public or private with Flavia.
After, we finish Pilates we will play on the playground and will have a time of bubbles and music.
Please bring a yoga mat, wear sunscreen, and we ready to have some fun.
