We gather in the Metairie/NOLA area 2x a month to walk, have a coffee, create new friendships, & build community!
We will meet at Cafe du Monde in City Park (56 Dreyfous Dr) to grab a coffee & meet other moms. We will begin walking at 9:15am. We will end our walk back near our starting point with a Infant/Toddler CPR Workshop!
Sandy Cahill is a local mama & Registered Nurse. After having children of her own & realizing the need in our community for pre and post-natal care education, she started The Mama Coach.
Sandy offers a variety of services such as prenatal, newborn, postpartum, sleep, feeding, CPR and Potty training support.
After our walk, Sandy will be teaching us the basics of infant/toddler CPR & what to do in the event of choking.
Parking: There is street parking along Dreyfous Dr & there is a large parking lot (Tricentennial Parking Lot) directly across from the playground.
You only need to register yourself for the walk, mama!
