Hey Mama, we are so excited to meet you! This event will be a Thanksgiving family walk open to all moms, kids, and anyone they call family! Feel free to bring the whole gang or come for just some mom time :)
Purpose: all of our walks/events are aimed at creating safe spaces for moms of all stages -- whether you're expecting or have older kids all grown up. This is here to serve the moms in community to help them find their village in motherhood and ensure no mom walks alone in motherhood at any stage.
Heres a run down of the morning:
📍 Meeting: at the entrance of the park
- 8:30am-10:30am - StretchLab Honolulu will be joining for some complimentary mini stretch sessions to enjoy before we start walking, or post walk
- 8:45am-9:30am - Jamba Hawaii will be joining for some complimentary smoothies to grab before the walk (available for the first 60 people)
- 9:30am-9:35am - intro/welcome
- 9:35am-9:40am - start walking (heading towards Point Panics end and doing the full loop to end back at the starting place)
- leisure pace
- feel free to stop or leave at any time if you need to
- feel free to stop at the StretchLab station and continue on with the walk
- 10:40am - end the walk with a group photo (for everyone who feels comfortable to join in on)
