Hi Mamas!
Michelle is the owner of Care for Kids. She will be doing a 45 minute session of music and movement after our walk. Michelle has offered this to us at a discounted rate of $10 per family for the class.
We will meet at Lakewood park @10am. We will take a short walk then let the kids enjoy the class with Michelle! Please pack a lunch if you would like to enjoy it with us on the Solstice steps! kids can also play on the playground after!
Michelle will bring a large mat but feel free to bring any mats or blankets you wish! This class is for kids ages 0-5 :)
