The Sharper Business Workshop is a three-day event where businesses receive the tools and training to implement systems and processes to grow and scale. Sessions on leadership, operations, marketing, finance, and personnel are taught by expert coaches who work with businesses every day, helping to create repeatable results and scalable businesses.

The workshop will be in Barrington, Illinois, just outside of Chicago and a short drive from O'Hare Airport

If you've never attended a Sharper Event you will be taught the Empire Operating System by the creators of Empire! If you've already been through the training special sessions have been designed to take your knowledge and use of Empire to the next level!
Thursday, July 14 | Day Two is Leading Day
Your business needs to grow. Leading Day is all about optimizing the systems and processes you have in place to take your business to the next level 

Friday, July 15 | Day Three is Leveraging Day
Leverage Day is also where you share the specific challenges you are facing in your business and as a group, we work to make connections, provide insight, and develop solutions. Groups meet based on topics such as leadership, process, marketing, personnel, and more.
