In follow up to the Trinity Health New England Leadership Development bootcamp with Don Rheem on Positive Leadership and Engagement  we are offering a session: Influence, Presence, Resiliency, Recognition, & Engagement, Facilitated by Grant Rice, Senior Consultant, Culture, Change and Engagement, for Trinity Health.  Grant has created this half-day workshop to translate information from Don’s session into actionable steps.  The workshop will provide immediate takeaways for implementing progressive and engaging leadership practices.  It will be interactive, inclusive, fast-paced and actionable.  You will also have the opportunity to network with colleagues from throughout our regional health ministry.

The 2.5 hour session will be offered in the morning and afternoon on June 23, 2017.   You may register for one of the sessions.  This training is optional and we hope to continue creating opportunities to reinforce the concepts of leadership development, colleague engagement, and culture change.
