As the seasons shift, so do your body’s needs. This morning session is designed to help you gently transition into winter with awareness, confidence, and practical tools that support your immune system before illness hits.
You’ll explore your immune system as an intelligent, responsive part of your whole-body ecosystem—one that thrives on rhythm, nourishment, and care. You’ll learn how to recognise early signs of imbalance and create personalised, daily wellness practices that promote long-term resilience.
You’ll also make two seasonal wellness remedies designed for prevention and daily support—rooted in tradition, crafted with intention, and easy to integrate into real life.
Led by wellness educator Candace Coughlan of Wild Health Hub, you’ll be guided through a practical, empowering exploration of immune support from a whole-body perspective. You’ll learn how your immune system actually works, how to listen to the subtle signs of imbalance, and how herbs, nutrition, and rhythm can help you stay well without overwhelm.
With a balance of education, connection, and creation, you’ll make two immune-supportive remedies to take home—crafted with intention and rooted in tradition. You’ll also experience a grounding wellness practice to calm your nervous system and align your energy for the season ahead.
Whether you’re prone to seasonal sniffles, feeling run down, or simply wanting to prevent burnout as the year ramps up, this session offers the tools—and the confidence—to care for yourself naturally.
