Session Title: Seasonal Recipes to Strengthen Immunity from Within

In this afternoon workshop, the kitchen becomes your wellness hub. You’ll explore how simple, delicious meals made with seasonal wholefoods can support your immune system day by day—helping you stay energised, grounded, and well as winter approaches.
Together, we’ll prepare five immune-friendly recipes that are warming, nutrient-dense, and easy to recreate at home. You’ll also craft a take-home spice blend infused with immune-supportive herbs and spices, designed to nourish and flavour your meals through the season.
You’ll learn what ingredients really work, why they matter, and how to build immunity through food—without overthinking it.
Led by health educator and culinary nutrition guide Candace Coughlan of Wild Health Hub, she brings food to life through her expertise in culinary nutrition and holistic health. Known for making healthy eating joyful and approachable, she’ll guide you through the how and the why—so you feel confident using food as your daily wellness foundation.
