In the AM session, you’ll create two powerful immune-supportive remedies to take home, using accessible herbs and ingredients that work with your body rather than override it. You’ll also gain a clear understanding of how to care for your immune system throughout autumn and winter—without complicated regimens.
🍲 Afternoon Session: Immune-Boosting Recipes for Everyday Living
In the PM session, you’ll prepare five delicious, immune-nourishing recipes using seasonal whole foods, herbs, and spices. These aren’t fad recipes—they’re functional, comforting, and designed for everyday cooking. You'll experience how food can support your immunity, reduce inflammation, and nourish your whole system.
