Your Welcome Day
We are having a Welcome Day for all new team members. You will get to meet the team and your manager, learn about The Star Entertainment Group, and explore the casino, restaurants, bars and hotels.
Date Tuesday 11th February, 2020
Time 8:45am - 4:00pm. Registration opens 8:15am
Location 65 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont
Please note this is a corporate building and not located at The Star! Please take a seat inside the Lobby area and one of our Welcome Day Hosts will come inside to collect you and escort you to the training room.
Dress Smart casual – collared shirt, trousers or skirt (jeans are not appropriate), and comfortable flat, closed-toe dress shoes

Public transport is a great option, with a light rail stop within The Star Sydney precinct. Should you choose to drive, our team members receive discounted parking – just bring your ticket with you and your Welcome Day Host will have this validated for you

Food & Beverage Induction (for F&B Team members only)
As a thrill creator in one of our restaurants, bars or nightclubs, you will receive a second day of specialised induction to the Food & Beverage team.

Star Quality Training
As part of your induction you will also be required to attend the Star Quality training program. Your participant details will be emailed to you on your first day by our Learning & Development team. Don’t forget to check your junk mail!
