Stephenson Mansell Group (SMG) are coming to share with us how we can grow trust with others, and importantly get to understanding other people’s styles.
In this lunch and learn session, you will learn:
· The importance of trust within team and know how to build trust in those teams.
· Learn more about your preferred communication style, and how you style might inadvertently challenge other styles.
· How to flex to other people’s “People Style” to build trust and communicate more effectively.
