This practical Breathwork Workshop will focus on learning simple and effective breathing techniques to improve relaxation, nervous system regulation, focus, recovery, and overall well-being. Participants will explore how breathing patterns affect posture, movement, energy levels, stress response, and overall physical and mental performance.
Throughout the workshop, we will break down foundational breathing mechanics and introduce practical tools that can be used during exercise, recovery, stressful situations, sleep preparation, and everyday life. The goal is to help participants develop greater awareness and control of their breathing while learning techniques that can immediately be applied outside of class.
