Freshman, Sophomores and First Year Students
(Pre-requisite: Must have completed the Big Achievements Seminar)
Strayer University – Roswell Campus, 100 Mansell Court East, Suite 100, Roswell, GA, 30076, United States.
BIG ACHIEVEMENTS SEMINAR
(freshman, sophomores and first year students)
A college application is a reflection of one’s actions during freshman- junior years. Freshman and sophomores should know what colleges want to see. Even more, they should know why character is important for success in college and life.
PROFESSIONAL SEMINAR
Professional men of integrity from several different professional fields speak about what they do in their work, the challenges they face and how they handle them with professionalism. Each speaker will explain why he took up his profession and what a high school student interested in the field might do now to learn about it, see whether he would like it, and even begin preparing for it. An interactive, skill development activity is also incorporated into each session.
*NOTE: In the event a one-on-one mentoring session cannot be held in person, our mentors can conduct sessions over video chat. Skype is a free online video chat service. To use it, you will need a computer with a webcam, a tablet, or a smartphone and the Skype software. More details are available on the Skype website - https://www.skype.com
