The One Za’abeel Link Bridge webinar

IStructE Regional Group Committee is inviting you to an online webinar by Mr. Giovanni Zizioli, ME Regional Director in Maffeis Engineering to "The One Za'abeel Link Bridge webinar".

One Za’abeel is a flagship, mixed-used development by Ithra Dubai / ICD. With two towers standing at 304 m and 241 m, the development has the added complication of straddling a live six lane carriageway.  Above ground the two towers will be linked at 125 m in the air by “The Link” – a 210 m long structure of steel and glass with the world’s longest cantilever.

The presentation will predominantly concern the unique design procedure followed for the main connection design, which were analysed in the most automatic way so that to speed-up the computation time and reduce the risks of human errors.
