Let's meet at the Windsor Town Green ar 10am. We will hear from Kristen from Heartfed and learn all about pregnancy and postpartum nutrition. I have heard amazing things about her and her work. I'm very excited to get to know her more.
As a group, we will wall the perimeter of the Green 2-3 times before heading to the the playground or a grassy area to hang out.
