Hey Mama!
It's that time of year when the nature center at Penitentiary Glen turns into the indoor magical wonderland of Candy Land! So fun to explore, play, and learn!
We'll meet inside, near the front. After we've had our fill of play inside you're welcome to head home if needed, or walk over to the outdoor nature play area to continue playing!
If continuing to play outside please bring layers of clothing, hats, mittens, boots, etc. And of course, allllll the snacks!
There are bathrooms inside and to the left of the outdoor nature play area.
Throughout the month of December I will be collecting new and gently used unwrapped toys from our mama community to donate to Voluneeters of America. After each event this month I will drive them over and drop them off to save you a trip! This is the perfect opportunity to declutter some of your children's toys! I know I always like to make a little room in the toy bins before Christmas (and the November & December birthdays in our family)!
