I just know this walk is going to be beautiful! The leaves changing and the cool crisp air is going to be amazing. (As I write this towards the end of September I'm in full on fall mode!)
We'll meet near the shelter, pictured below. Some trails are paved here, some aren't. Our friends from Fit4Mom Lake County will join us and provide a nature bracelet activity for the kiddos! Most kids will prefer to not be restrained so they can pick and choose materials for their bracelets. If yours are young enough to get tired of walking quickly though, be sure to bring the stroller or carrier just in case!
After our walk feel free to stay and play on the playground for a bit!
