We will do a walk around the Sahuarita Lake, however, we will also do short stops at each "work out station" to do a low impact, quick EMOM style work out together!
"EMOM" stands for "every minute on the minute" it's meant to increase intensity of the workout by completing a certain number of reps at the start of each minute, with left over time for recovery!
Not sure if you're fitness "ready?" No worries! I live to empower ALL mamas! I can help with modifications if needed and we will complete each station TOGETHER! No mama left behind! Littles are welcome and can participate or be used as weight during our workout lol! The work out stations are also kid friendly, mine LOVE playing on them whenever we go to the lake!
After we get our sweat on, we can enjoy some post workout refreshments and protein snacks provided by our sponsor Proactive Physical Therapy! I will also be offering general nutrition guidance relating to pregnancy, post partum, or even if you just need help getting started with setting your goals, understanding and counting macros!
