Hey Mama! We will meet at Spring Lake Regional Park at 10:00 AM for a mom walk sponsored by Lakeside Chiropractic! This is a paved walking path and the total loop is just under 2 miles. Please come prepared to be away from the car for 40+ minutes.
*Upon returning from the walk, our sponsor, Lakeside Chiropractic, will have a tent set up and will be offering free soft tissue massage and an exclusive discount to registered moms!
