Hey Mamas, we are so excited for a Mom's Night Out at Star Cycle in Hopkins!
This will be a FREE 45-minute indoor cycling class starting at 7pm so plan to arrive a few minutes early to change into shoes and get set-up on a bike. The ride will be 45 minutes in their candle-lit studio. This ride invites you to zone out, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. After class we will have time to hangout and chat in the lobby or outside! Make sure to BRING A WATER BOTTLE!!
The studio is located on the corner of an apartment building so there is studio specific parking in the parking garage across the street from the studio entrance. You will need to drive up to the garage door entrance for the door to open. Please avoid parking in the Goodwill parking lot in the back.
