We're so excited to see you at the walk.
We will be meeting at Westwood Hills Nature Center. This walk will be sponsored by The Haven Chiropractic- Dr. Anna Miller. She is a nervous system-based chiropractor and postpartum doula. She specializes in women's health, kids care and family wellness. She has done countless training in prenatal, pediatric and postpartum care for chiropractic and muscle release techniques, that she incorporates into her visits. Located in St. Louis Park as well as YOUR home. Yes, you heard that right- she provides home services right in the comfort of your own home (space limited for these home-calls).
We'll gather right in front of the building for the nature center. Dr. Anna will be providing some great freebies for walk attendees!
Parking: There is a parking lot on site with free parking. If there happens to be an event that day, park on the street before you enter the parking lot. Bathrooms are on site as well as water fountains to fill up water.
After our walk we will head to the playground where the kids can play and moms can chat.
