Hi Mamas!
We're so excited to invite you to a free class with Fit4mom Northwest Valley! The class will begin at 9:00am. We will meet inside Arrowhead Town Center Mall on the first floor by Dicks Sporting Goods (across from the play center).
This will be a Stroller Barre Class so all you need to bring is a stroller, water, & a yoga mat and the rest will be provided. There is an additional waiver that needs to be filled out for this event - https://forms.gle/db6p1V6zu1tAj5HJ8
