The kids will have space to run around at Valor Memorial Park while each mom gets her core checked by Dr. Sara. This quick, hands-on screen will give you real answers about your body- because you deserve to feel strong, supported, and pain-free in motherhood!
Please join us at Market Common on 4/10 at 9:00am. We will be meeting underneath the white pavillion (on the corner of Hackler St and Howard Ave - near the bathrooms). Pic below for reference.
Timeline:
9:00am- Meet @ the corner of Howard Ave & Hackler. Chat with other mamas while the kids play in the field. Dr. Sara will be checking each person one at a time on the side.
