Hey Mama! RSVP here for our morning meet up at Washington Park at 11 am.
We can take a short walk through the park and end in the grass. Babies can play and moms can chat!
Jessica from Nurture & Bloom will be joining us to tell us all about her upcoming classes around the bay area and give us a demo of infant massage techniques! Best on newborn - pre crawlers, BUT I think will still be beneficial for babes on the move!
My son is definitely on the move now but I can't wait to learn a few techniques to implement into bed time / nap time when he is more calm 😌
