Join us for a special walk with TMWC Nashville, proudly sponsored by East Nashville Pelvic Health! This week, we’re heading to Centennial Park for an empowering morning of connection, education, and movement designed just for moms.

We’ll be joined by the amazing Dr. Carly Oberbeck, a pelvic health specialist who is passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and confident in their postpartum recovery journey. 💗

🌳 We’ll wrap up at the park for more connection and Q&A
