All moms, expecting moms, babies, toddlers and kids are welcome!
Meet up at the Beach for a mini meditation and beach play, followed by a short walk to Long Beach Coffee and Tee.
We will start on the beach near the Lafayette blvd entrance at 8:15 AM and end at Long Beach Coffee and Tee on Park Avenue around 9:30 AM for those who would like to join for coffee.
