Hi Mamas!
Please meet at the picnic benches right by the playground. We’ll enjoy some coffee and snacks provided by our wonderful sponsor, Brenna. She’ll share a little about herself and her nutrition background. She’ll also be handing out nutrition resources/recipes and raffling off a 45 minute complimentary nutrition consult! After that, we’ll head out for a short walk on the trail. It may be muddy due to weather, so all terrain strollers or carriers are encouraged.
Parking is 7 $ in the park or street parking right outside the park for free!
