This event will be so much fun, I am so excited you're coming! All the details are below!
When: May 17th 1:00-3:00 pm
Where: Frequency Wellspace (34 Elton St Suite 103, Rochester, NY 14607). The door to come inside is to the left of the parking lot, you will see the Frequency Wellspace logo on the door. When you come through the door, there will be stairs going up and the space will be on your right, at the top! There is a small parking lot at this address, if it is full I recommend using the larger parking lot behind Old Pueblo Grill (55 Russell St, Rochester, NY 14607).
What we will be doing: We have a yoga class followed by food & drinks gifted to us, by local businesses, and a raffle of several items that have also been gifted to us!
What to bring: Just you! All yoga props will be provided to you by Frequency Wellspace, if you have your own props you would like to bring, you are more than welcome to. This is a "mamas only" event, but if you have a breastfed baby, please feel free to bring them!
How to reserve your spot: When you finish registering here, pay the $25.00 registration fee to finalize reserving your spot. You can pay your registration fee on Venmo @Emma-Myles-21 There are only 20 spots available, so try to pay this as soon as possible so you don't lose your spot.
