We gather in the Metairie/NOLA area 2x a month to walk, have a coffee, create new friendships, & build community!
We will meet at the Bonnabel Boat Launch playground at 9:00am & begin walking by 9:15am.
Pediatric Sleep Expert & Sleepwise Consultant, Sarah Nelson, will be joining us for Q&A on all things SLEEP! We will start with a brief introduction before heading off on our walk. Sarah will then answer your questions while we walk & after the walk while our littles play on the playground.
