Let’s start the morning with movement and connection. 🌿 We’ll take a peaceful, shaded walk along the High Line Canal Trail - a flat, stroller-friendly path that’s perfect for conversation.
Where to Park & Meet:
Use the main parking lot near the Goodson Rec Center (DeKoevend Park entrance). We’ll meet by the trail sign/kiosk before heading out.
What to Expect:
✔️ Out-and-back walk (~1.5–2 miles) at a casual, chatty pace
✔️ Plenty of shade and scenic views
✔️ A chance to connect with mamas who get it
