Hey Mama, come walk with us!
We’ll start with a little stroll along the ocean, followed by a 30-minute postpartum Pilates session led by one of our mamas. She will be focusing on core and pelvic floor healing. Please bring water, a mat or towel and snacks for the little ones.
Stay after to let the little ones play while we hang out and connect.
