Reaching a remarkable height of 366.5 metres, Ciel Tower in Dubai Marina is a stunning development that will set a new global benchmark as the world’s tallest hotel upon completion in 2023. This architectural masterpiece is the latest landmark addition to the Marina district’s world-famous skyline. The supertall tower features a striking design, contemporary interior, a remarkable rooftop observation deck with an incredible 360-degree view across Dubai Marina, and outdoor Garden Terraces with a view of the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.
Designed to stand tall on existing cast-in-place bored piles, the project presents a significant challenge in structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, temporary work and construction.
