Starting our morning off (10-11am) trying to beat last year’s biggest outdoor workout numbers of 121 people taking part.
followed by our annual presentation evening at the Chatelherault inn 7:30pm
all will be presented with a medal, Braveheart's will announce along with all coaches there most committed members/clients
