Chris has been involved in the real estate and mortgage business since graduating college with a degree in finance. After starting his career in real estate with Century 21 in upstate NY, he realized his passion for real estate and wanted to gain a better understanding of the business as it relates to his degree in finance. He went on to serve his community when the recession of 2008 affected millions of home owners across the country. Focused on loss mitigation, he helped hundreds of homeowners effectively avoid foreclosure through the difficult process of modifying their past due loans or guiding them through the short sale process. Once the market started to recover and people were going back to work, Chris realized his passion for helping others would be best suited with helping sellers get the most for their home while avoiding the challenges of the traditional selling process. He partnered with a team of general contractors to help finance and renovate homes in the Charleston, SC market. Although the business in Charleston was growing quickly, and the number of older homes that needed to be updated was unlimited, he and Brenda realized they missed their home town of Tampa FL, and moved back to continue the mission of helping people through the process of selling homes quickly without all of the headaches that come along with the traditional selling process.

Jennifer Colacicco is an investor/wholesaler with Bay Affinity Investments Corp., which she started after enrolling in the training/education programs of the Rich Dad Education Company in 2015. In the past 2 years she has managed to cement relationships with several seasoned real estate industry professionals in and out the Tampa Bay area, and averages one closing per month. She specializes in client relationships/negotiations and follow-up systems. Always being involved in networking and leading group events, TBREIA seemed like a natural fit to help others and continue to grow.

Mike Schultz is a highly talented and motivated Real Estate Professional with extensive experience in investing, buying, selling, Wholesaling. Fix and Flips, Rentals, Short Sales, Probate, Demo and new construction. Single Family, Multifamily, Commercial and Business Sales.
Mike is currently the broker owner of Skyway Realty Group and has had his Florida Real Estate License since 2005.
Mike has been involved in over 200 wholesale deals 100+ traditional sales and 20+ fix and flips.
Mike also has a Masters Degree in Engineering from USF. He uses his engineering techniques to systematically approach each real estate transaction and find the best way to make it better, faster and more profitable.

Mark Nathwani is a successful serial entrepreneur who has built multiple businesses from start up to very substantial valuations. He has assisted countless business to achieve remarkable growth and achievements. Property investing throughout his business career has qualified him to consult for and advise an extensive client base to include professionals such as accountants, lawyers, doctors and other sophisticated investors. He has built and maintained an impressive portfolio during this time. Mark has an outstanding natural ability to deal and invest in real estate and this interest has taken him to USA, India and Dubai as well as Bulgaria and the UK. These are all places where he has personally invested and had a physical presence. Mark is the Charter President of one the World’s largest Charity Organisations’ Clubs and led them to create one of the most successful and award winning clubs in the Zone.
