Speaker: Josh Diggs

Josh received his BS in Finance from the University of Kansas. Prior to investing in real estate as a principal, Josh worked as a project manager for a custom homebuilder in the Midwest and then as a development manager, acquiring and developing over $32 million in retail and office projects across the Southeast. Over the past nine years, Josh has acquired and now manages a portfolio of single and multi-family properties. He is the co-founder of Palm Capital Partners, an opportunistic real estate investment firm with a primary focus on multi-family. Josh is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and co-founder of Palm Communities, a multi-family property management company. He remains an active member of the Society of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP).
