Hulsey (Joe) Ebanks Jr, owner of 1855CashMan and G Home Solutions LLC, made a commitment in 2004 that he was going to leave the hectic pace and schedule of corporate America and support his family in a way that would give him more time to spend with his loved ones. Joe's decision wasn't an easy one, but he has spent the past eight years building Chase Manhattan into one of the most premier mortgage lenders in the Florida market and has done so with the utmost adherence to his own personal values, and the well-being of the clients he works with each and everyday. Joe's commitment to fairness with all, and his strict attention to detail have made him a respected and admired business owner, as well as a dedicated member to his local community. Joe is also a U.S. Army Gulf War Veteran who served his country honorably, and received the Arcom Award for Service. Joe's desire for his clients is to give them the chance to have a safe, quality home they can be proud to own.
Jeremy Kloter:
Jeremy Kloter was born in Orlando, FL but raised in Ruskin, FL since he was 3 years old. He is a proud owner in Out Fast Realty & Investments. They specialize in teaching agents the in's and out's of creative financing, flipping, wholesaling, wholetailing and traditional real estate methods along with property management.
He has four brothers who reside in the area and he served in the United States Marine Corps for six years and left as a Sergeant. Jeremy lent capital for his first flip while living overseas in Japan and was able to travel to over 10+ countries, first as an Aviation Electrician then a U.S. Embassy Security Guard where he held a TS Clearance. He met his wife Gloria while traveling and they were married in 2015. Upon leaving the service he got his real estate license and began wholesaling. Within a short period he transacted over $3.75 million of real estate since 2015. Jeremy and his wife Gloria now reside in Ybor where his wife is an Architect.
