Eric is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and owner of ROI Commercial Property Broker, a full service commercial property management and marketing firm. He is conversant in Spanish and Portuguese and holds his Master of International Business from the University of South Carolina. He has been involved in real estate syndications since 2003 and owns a separate Register Investment Advisory firm. In addition, he is a co-host for the popular real estate investing talk show, Invest Florida Show. He is a dual US-UK citizen.
