I have been married to my husband Neil for 28 years now, and we have grown children. For the past 13 years, we have farmed in Canada. I have also started and ran several businesses, including an oilfield rig locator company, an auto trader magazine and a print and website brokerage. I have been a graphic designer for over 25 years, and a web designer for almost 20 years. I did very well at these businesses, but they were not my passion. I have always loved real estate, and even took a real estate test about 24 years ago. At the time, I scored higher than anyone else in the province! But the timing was wrong and I wasn't able to pursue it. A few years ago, my husband Neil and I went to Cape Coral and purchased a couple of residential lots. We held on to them for 18 months and then sold them, almost doubling our money. That's when I knew I HAD to move ahead with my passion. We had been dabbling in real estate for a few years, but now was the time to jump both feet in. In January of 2017, we headed to Tampa from Calgary, Alberta Canada. We have hit the ground running, and have already enjoyed great success. We are now in the process of making Tampa our full time home, and feel truly blessed to have found an amazing area with wonderful people and incredible opportunities.
