As a longtime resident of Tampa, Chib has been driving force in Real Estate sales and rentals since 2004, and successfully negotiated the "real estate bubble" and formed a reputation proven professional.
In addition to the successful sales career, Chib saw the need for rentals in 2006 after many homeowners and buyers found themselves "underwater," set up a rental and property management department. This program was helpful to so many people, that she won Presidents Elite Award, Sterling Awards for 6 years in a row, as served as the Chair and Co-Chair of Property Management Task Force for Tampa Bay Board of Realtors and an active member of NARPM. This program is still successful and working with renters and owners to date to assist those who are looking for an alternative to the standard home sale. To date, Chib has leased, and or managed over 500 homes in the Tampa Bay area.
Chib Anderson joined Tom Leber and they formed the Full Sale Team when they work in tandem to list, sell and rent homes, while tirelessly working and volunteering in community affairs. This civic dedication has made "The Full Sale Team" and the familiar blue sailboat logo, a highly recognizable and successful of real estate professionals.
