Haven Title is the genesis of Kristi Sereno, experienced title agent. Sereno identified the importance and lack of title companies focused on simplicity and service in down-to-earth environment. While lives of consumers have changed with technology, telecommuting, and other generational trends. She felt the title and real estate closing environment has largely lagged behind. She identified partners who routinely close real estate deals and agreed with her thesis whole-heartedly.

The partners of Haven Title understand the complexity of real estate deals, a changing regulatory environment, and yet are customer-driven and service minded. The partners have experience in banking, finance, law, and real estate brokerage. In addition to the experience, the team members all share the vision that the parties to the transaction want a friendly and comfortable environment to close their real estate deal.
