Frank is a highly experienced global executive with deep expertise in Marketing &Sales, General Management, Human Resources and Talent Management. He is now working independently building Leadership, HR and Talent Management capability as well as supporting executives navigate through periods of significant change. Frank has held various local, multinational and global leadership roles in different country organisations and Corporate Functions, predominantly in family owned and publicly traded global pharmaceutical companies. He has lived and worked in six different countries throughout Europe and in the US and has delivered work in 30 plus countries around the world. These 25 years of international experience have resulted in his profound expertise especially in the following areas, which build the solid foundation for Frank ´s current and future work as consultant and executive coach.

Markus is an experienced global HR & Talent executive with a 15 years´ track record in consumer goods and healthcare at PepsiCo, Merck and Boehringer. At PepsiCo, he drives an innovative talent, leadership and cultural change agenda that delivers tangible value across its European & Sub-Saharan African business with US$12 billion sales, 50,000 employees and 500 executives across 60 developed and developing countries. He is accountable for strategic workforce planning & people analytics; learning; leadership assessment, development & succession; diversity, culture and engagement; and organizational effectiveness & change, leading a diverse team of 100 across 5 centers of expertise and 7 regional hubs. He gained diverse experience in a general management rotation program, IT, and HR, including a secondment to the United States. His notable experiences includes Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Boehringer Ingelheim as well as Global Head of HR to the Chief Marketing Strategy Officer and Country HR Lead in Germany at Merck. Markus holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and Finance from the University of Cooperative Education in Ravensburg, Germany, earned an MBA degree with distinction from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, completed a MBA exchange with the National University of Singapore and graduated with an executive master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

René has spend the past 10 years of his career in the pharmaceutical and life science industry with Merck and Boehringer Ingelheim. He is passionate about building the bridge between business- and talent strategy to create a competitive advantage for organizations. He combines his focus of expertise in HR Transformation, Talent- and Compensation Management with a strong academic background with an MBA with distinction from IE Business School. He has a global mindset through studying and working across the US, Europe and Asia.
