You are warmly invited to join us for Take Action LA:  A Community Wellness & Cultural Celebration— a free, uplifting afternoon dedicated to mental wellbeing, cultural connection, and community resilience.

Hosted during May Mental Health Month, this vibrant gathering invites individuals, families, students, professionals, and neighbors across Los Angeles County to come together for an inspiring experience rooted in music, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Guests will be welcomed with NOOR’s complimentary Hawaiian-inspired appetizers and refreshing POG juice, helping set the tone for an afternoon of warmth, positivity, and community spirit.

Presented by Bird Infinity Group LLC, a mission-driven community engagement organization specializing in music-powered mindfulness and resilience programming, in partnership with California Mental Health Services Authority, this event transforms mental-health awareness into an interactive and welcoming community celebration.

Throughout the afternoon, NOOR’s indoor Ella Ballroom and outdoor draped Terrace will come alive with live music, cultural performances, motivational inspiration, and guided wellness experiences designed to help participants recharge, reconnect, and discover practical tools for emotional wellbeing.

Guests will enjoy a joyful blend of experiences including live performances, mindfulness activities for all ages, engaging speakers, plus opportunities to connect with community wellness resources — all woven together in an atmosphere inspired by The Spirit of Aloha: connection, compassion, and empowerment.

Families are encouraged to attend together. A children’s mindfulness zone will offer engaging activities designed to support emotional awareness and calm for younger participants.

 

Throughout the event, attendees will also have opportunities to participate in wellness prize drawings, community gratitude moments, and interactive group experiences designed to uplift mood, reduce stress, and strengthen community bonds.
