Tactical First Aid

     Many deaths in active shooter and terrorist attacks occur from survivable injuries that go untreated during the critical first few minutes, because the threat is still active.  It has been proven that appropriate care delivered at the point of wounding increases the chance of survivable for the victim. 

     This course gives you the skills necessary to save lives and lead others in hostile situations during the critical period before police and EMS arrive at the scene.  This course build your confidence as well as your skillset.  Please see the list of course topics below.

* This is a high-tempo course with many hands on skills. You will be crawling and working while laying in the prone position, and working with simulated blood. Please wear appropriate clothing.
