About the Presenter: Dr. Farid Moradi is co-founder and NDT engineer at FPrimeC Solutions Inc. He has a PhD in non-destructive testing and evaluation of concrete structures from the University of Sherbrooke, QC. He has over 20 years’ industrial and academic experience on evaluation and testing of concrete materials and structures. Dr. Moradi has been involved in numerous industrial projects in Canada and internationally, including tunneling and underground infrastructure projects, where he has applied advanced NDT methods for the QC/QA and condition assessment of tunnel linings, shotcrete, and related concrete and geo-structures. He is an active member of ACI Committee 228 “Non-destructive Test Methods for Evaluation of Concrete in Structures”.
